- The Clubhouse and all of the facilities of the Club are for the use, entertainment, and enjoyment of the members, their families, and their social guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Clubhouse.
Clubhouse:
- Not permitted: bare feet, swimming attire, fitness attire, jeans (note: women's designer jeans are allowed in the Pow Wow Room)
- A coat is required in the Skyline Room (formal dining) after 6:00 p.m.
- Casual attire is permitted in the informal dining and lounge areas
- Hats are permitted in the locker room areas and golf pro shop only
Golf Course and Practice Facilities:
- Members are responsible for their guest’s attire
- Please direct questions concerning golf attire to the golf pro shop (904.389.0477)
- Proper attire for gentlemen: Collared shirt (mock turtlenecks are permissible), Bermuda style shorts (two inches above the knee) or slacks. Shirttails must be tucked in, and hats worn in the traditional style. Blue jeans, of any style, are not permitted. Spikes on golf shoes must be non-metallic.
- Proper attire for ladies: Ladies may wear slacks, or shorts/skirts of appropriate length (mid thigh length). Collared shirts may be worn without sleeves. Tee shirts must have sleeves, and hats must be worn in the traditional style. Blue jeans, of any style, are not permitted. Spikes on golf shoes must be non-metallic.

Tennis:
- As a courtesy to other members and guests, cell phones should be kept on silent or vibrate mode when on Club grounds. (Cell phones and audible pager functions are permitted in the Fitness Center; incoming calls should be taken outside the room.)
- Clubhouse: Cell phone usage is not permitted (with the exception of the Locker Room areas). If a call is received inside the Clubhouse, please excuse yourself and go to the appropriate area for conversation.
- Golf Course and Practice Facilities: Cell phone usage is strongly discouraged. Calls should be fielded away from other golfers, and conversations should be kept to an absolute minimum.
